We , Filtech PMC is in a field of manufacturing wide range of sieve mesh in stainless steel , Phosphor Bronze and Brass Material since January 2019. We have a state of art manufacturing facility with brand new Rapier weaving machine from renewed oversea supplier. The Manufacturing facility is located at Ambad MIDC Nashik, Maharashtra.

  • ✤    Seaming is done by our 30 yrs experienced expert with micro plasma & microscope to ensure precise welding.
  • ✤   Available Seaming – Straight & Diagonal seam using German micro plasma seaming machine
  • ✤    SS Grades – AISI 304, AISI 310, AISI 316 & AISI 316L.
  • ✤    Other Grade – PB (94/6) & Brass ( 63/37).
  • ✤    Available Weave – Dutch / Hollander weave, Plain Weave & Twill weave.

Our Scope of Supply:

With higher width loom , stretching machine and German micro plasma seaming machine we can serve not only to Pharmaceutical, Oil & chemical industries but also to Paper Mills on cylinder mould , dandy, washer thickener, Hill Screen ETP etc and also in fiber cement, cement asbestos & board products etc.
